Is This Influencer Credible Or Do They Just Have Abs?
Before you purchase or participate in ANY new training or diet protocol, you have to reflect on the following:
⚠️ Does this plan or program equip me to be successful AFTER I’ve completed it?
Or will I feel inclined to PURCHASE another product, plan, or PDF?
Some 🚩s: Feeling 🤠 when you follow it, but 😰 if you make a mistake.
⭐️ Stop putting your self-worth on your ability to follow a plan to a T. This is unrealistic, unsustainable & unattainable.
I get it. We all like structure. It makes us feel like we’re doing something “right”.
But if you’re trying to achieve a goal, maintain or further progress, it is in your best interest not only to ENJOY your process, but to UNDERSTAND IT.
👉🏽 If you’ve purchased a guide/PDF/plan and feel guilty or give up when you don’t stick to it bc it doesn’t allow room for flexibility and y’know, LIFE… you’ve got to ask that trainer or influencer or *cough* self-proclaimed expert for more info about WHY the dietary or training process is the way it is.
⭐️ Relying on someone else to make YOUR decisions sets yourself up for self-perceived failure &/or guilt, shame, and anxietybc you aren’t forming your own opinions, lack sufficient information & don’t fully understand WHY the heck you’re doing what you’re doing. This is why I don’t believe in meal plans (& they’re out of my scope, anyways)
👉🏽Every BODY is different. Biomechanics. Genetics. Lifestyle. Your needs, preferences, goals, barriers, resources.
⭐️ There are COUNTLESS ways to achieve your goals. The “BEST” method is the one that works for YOU.
Live YOUR life. Own YOUR decisions. Don’t be concerned ab what *this influencer* says or what *that expert* does until you’re meeting your body’s basic needs:⠀

There are trainers, dietitians & health experts that dedicate their lives to educate, set you free from all-or-nothing mentality & remind you of your autonomy. We can map out a blueprint & provide tools, but ultimately YOU are the one in charge of building the house.
